Sometimes Google Pixel phones show you your data is running low. It’s likely just a data warning setting on your phone, not an issue with your GlobalGo eSIM plan.
Wha's going on?
Pixel phones allow you to set custom data limits and warnings. These settings don’t reflect your actual GlobalGo data balance. They’re just reminders set by the phone itself.
So if your phone says you’ve used more data than expected (or hit a limit), it might just be just a reminder. Not your actual usage.
How to check your real GlobalGo date balance:
You can easily check your current balance at any time:
-Click the “Top up or check balance” button in your confirmation email
-Or tap the link we sent via WhatsApp when you first signed up
There, you’ll see your total data, how much you’ve used, and what’s left.
What to adjust or remove your Pixel's date warnings?
Here’s how to check or change your data warning settings:
1. Open Settings
2. Tap Network & internet > Internet
3. Tap the settings icon next to your GlobalGo eSIM
4. Tap Data warning & limit
5. Turn the feature ON or OFF
6. To set a new warning, tap Data warning, choose how many MB or GB you want as your limit
7.
This helps you avoid surprise notifications and lets you match the phone’s warning to your actual plan.
