Option 1: Activate using a link (the easy way)
If you receive an email from GlobalGo with an "Install on iPhone" button, you're lucky. This is the fastest method.
Step 1: Open your GlobalGo confirmation email
Tap the “Install on iPhone” button to start the process.
Make sure you’re using Safari as your default browser, because this link only works properly with Safari. If you see a message asking you to set Safari as default, follow the prompt.
Step 2: Allow eSIM activation
You’ll be redirected to your iPhone’s settings. Tap Allow when asked to add the new eSIM.
Step 3: Follow the prompts
Tap Continue, then wait a few seconds while your iPhone finishes setting things up. Once done, you’ll see that your new eSIM is active and ready to use. That’s it!
Step 4:Confirm the new eSIM
Once the activation process is complete, your iPhone will show that the eSIM is active and ready to use.
If you don’t have an internet connection, please check your eSIM internet settings again.
Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) to verify the configuration.
Check all the necessary internet connection settings and make sure that Data Roaming is enabled.
Please make sure your internet connection is working properly.
Option 2: Activate using a QR code
If you didn’t get the "Install on iPhone" link, don’t worry. You can still activate your eSIM by scanning a QR code.
Step 1: Go to eSIM setup
Open Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > Add eSIM
Your phone will ask how you want to add a mobile plan.
Step 2: Scan the QR code
Use your iPhone’s camera to scan the QR code you received from us.
If needed, you can also enter the details manually.
Step 3: Complete the setup
Just follow the on-screen instructions, and your GlobalGo eSIM will be activated in a few taps.
Troubleshooting tips
Here’s how to fix the most common issues:
QR code won’t scan?
-Make sure your camera lens is clean and the code is well-lit.
-Try zooming in a bit or holding the code steady for a few seconds.
-If the code is printed, check that it’s not blurry or damaged.
No signal after setup?
-Double-check the activation code or re-enter it manually.
